Does Coca-Cola contain cocaine?

We contacted Coca-Cola Customer Service and we were told that all Coca-Cola products, in Canada and around the world contain NO cocaine. We were told that in the 1800′s, Coca-Cola was used as a medicine and in those days it used to contain cocaine. But when it was made into a soft drink, all medical ingredients i.e. cocaine, were removed from the formula.
