Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah,

Allah has lifted accountability for genuine errors and mistakes. However, one should beware of remissness, and seek refuge in Allah from acting without caution.

It is desirable, but not necessary to vomit out anything haram one has consumed. They is some writing on this area which you can read below on Consuming Haram Food Unknowingly.

It is mentioned in a hadith in Sahih Bukhari that, “Saaiduna Abu Bakr (ra) had a slave who used to give him some of his earnings. Saaiduna Abu Bakr (ra) used to eat from it. One day he brought something and Saaiduna Abu Bakr (ra) ate from it. The slave said to him, “Do you know what this is?” Saaiduna Abu Bakr (ra) then enquired, “What is it?” The slave said, “Once, in the pre-Islamic period of ignorance I foretold somebody’s future though I did not know this knowledge of foretelling but I cheated him, and when he met me, he gave me something for that service, and that is what you have eaten from.” Then Saaiduna Abu Bakr (ra) put his hand in his mouth and vomited whatever was present in his stomach” (Mazahirul Haqq p.450 v.3)

Therefore, one who wants to eat it must make sure that it is halal. Such a principle is not applicable to other foods. However, if a person who does not know whether a certain food product is harām or halal and he is guilty of not conducting a research (i.e. he could make a research but he did not do so due to laziness), he has committed a sin. But if a person is ignorant and he is not guilty in his ignorance (that is, it has not been within his means and ability to investigate), he has not committed a sin. In fact, in places where a person does not know whether or not a certain object has been made impure) if a person is guilty of his ignorance also, he has not committed a harām act.
